World- renowned magazine IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Spectrum did an enthralling interview with Intel’s engineer Ajay Bhatt, who invented the universal serial bus port 25 years ago, and developed USB 2.0 and 3.0.
He also worked on AGP (Accelerated Graphics Port), which enables the graphics card’s processor to access the system memory in order to render large graphics.
Bhatt also had a lion’s share in creating the PCI Express (PCIe) bus system.
For the past couple of years he has been contributing to the analysis of PC architectures in order to enhance power-management of portable computers, and develop ones that could work all day without being re-charged.
